FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship Australia wide, to the UK, USA & New Zealand.  Shipping costs are calculated according to weight at checkout.  We offer both Standard & Express Shipping, you'll be guided to select your preference at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

The majority of Crafty Jack products are in stock, however some items may need to be individually made at the time of order; please check the product page for specific information regarding how long it takes to despatch your order upon payment.

Postage delivery times depend on where you live. Metro Melbourne orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch.  Regional & Interstate are dependent on postal delivery service and will take longer.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your item is a gift that you need for a particular date, please ensure you order at least two weeks before you'd like to receive it, to avoid disappointment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post parcels, both Express & Standard.  You'll be asked to select your preference at checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, and take pride in the quality and care given to them before they are sent to you.  If you believe the product has been damaged or broken; please let us know.  Please note; we do not organise returns for change of mind.

Can I get my product personalised?

It depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customisation options there.
